sewer smell uncomfortable employee
I was disappointed to find some issues. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell that reminded me of sewers. It might be good to provide air fresheners in there. That could help. i also found that a restaurant employee.

a balanced stay
pool bar tasty food poor air conditioning extra charge
the beds are comfortable. the food was tasty with plenty of choice. the pool bar was great with self serving soft drinks, water and a beer pump. the food at the pool bar was also very good.
The air conditioning left a lot to be desired. It was not fit for purpose. i found we had to pay extra for champs and the alacarte restaurants. at least one visit to each restaurant should have been included.

fantastic active stay!
comfy beds great gym pool areas good food
i enjoyed the comfy beds and pillows so much! staff members were super and the pool areas felt very inviting. there were all sorts of gym classes available, this was definitely my thing. it is around a 30 min walk into town, but i found it to be flat, and there's a bus stop right outside. the food had a lot of choice and was presented nicely.
the hotel does not replenish the milk pots!

the rooms feature comfy beds! i found the rooms to be spacious with a super clean environment. communal areas were great, even if one or two spots needed a bit of paint.

amazing shower reasonable price faulty door dull evening
The room was super clean and very comfortable. The shower was particularly amazing! The hotel had lots of activities. I paid for some extra food items and the price was very reasonable.
Our patio door would not lock when we arrived. The bathroom door handle was hanging off and the door did not fit the frame. The evenings were dull! there was nothing much to do unless you went out.
